Booked & Busy: But are You Whole?

Being “booked and busy” may look like success but what happens when life becomes more complicated than your calendar? In a season of economic uncertainty, career disruption, financial pressure, personal responsibilities, health challenges, and constant change, even successful people can find themselves overwhelmed, anxious, and wondering, “What happens if my plans don’t work out?” In this candid and interactive session, Dr. Syleecia Thompson shares lessons from navigating business and career success alongside breast cancer, the loss of a child through stillbirth, heartbreak, setbacks, and major life transitions. Using her Whole-Life Mapping approach, participants will examine four interconnected areas: Mind, Body, Spirit, and Business to determine what needs to be protected, released, redirected, or rebuilt. Being booked is about your calendar. Being busy is about your activity. Being whole is about your alignment.
